special-report-mental-health-and-human-rights-in-cambodia

ຈັດພິມໂດຍ: Open Development Mekong
A report applying human rights norms to the Cambodian mental health landscape. Sources include over 150 interviews. The report examines the lasting psychological impact of the Khmer Rouge regime, as well as the overlooked social risk factors for poor mental health, including widespread poverty, high rates of violence against women, and the precarious human rights situation. The report documents the extent to which the government and the international community continue to marginalize mental health despite its significance.
