Cutting a total land of 7,276 ha in Domnak Ampel village of Krang Skea commune in Tuek Phos district of Kampong Chhnang province: 6,621 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 655 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; Reclassifying 6,846 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 717 families; Reserving 430 ha as state public land; and Granting rights to 1,149 private land parcels and 1 public land parcel.
