The sub-decree aims to cut 26 hectares and 59 acres of state land, former economic land concessions of Ouk Khun Industrial Crops Development Company and reclassify 208 hectares and 05 acres as state private land to provide ownership to 104 families and keep 18 hectares and 54 acres as state public land as well as grant ownership rights on plots of land in Trapeang Khnhong Village, Dambok Rong Commune, Phnom Sruoch District, Kampong Speu Province according to coordinate system Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 and attached coordination in the appendix of this sub-decree.
