This sub-decree was issued by the Royal Government of Cambodia, with the decision of ceding 331.5000 hectares of land from the natural protected area system of biodiversity corridor and reclassifying as state private property for granting collective ownership to a Kreung indigenous community. This indigenous community to which the collective ownership was granted comprises 67 families living on 15 land titles including 5 titles of residential land and 10 titles of agricultural land located in Ta Lat, Sesan district, Stung Treng province.
