Boeng Thom Kangkaeb lake with a total surface area of 161 hectares and its small islands of 3.081 hectares located in Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province has been determined as a state public property. At the same time, this lake and its islands were reclassified as a state private property, and granted to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for allocating to The Premier Land Co. Ltd. for the sake of tourism development.
