Sub-decree No.143 on Establishment of protected forest and biodiversity conservation Keo Seima in Mondulkiri and Kratie

Sub-Decree is to establish a protected forest and biodiversity conservation area “Seima” that located in Keo Seima, Mondulkiri and Kratie province covering the total area in 292,690 hectares. It is classified into core protected forest (187,983 hectares) and buffered protected forest 1 (30,922 hectares) and the second buffered protected forest covering the area of 73,785 hectares. The local indigenous communities as well as those who live in or near the protected forest are allowed to use the buffered protected forest for NTFP and eco-tourism activities. Map along with spatial information was attached in the annex.
