The reclassification area as defined in Article 1 shall be processed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as the occupying authority and the Ministry of Economy and Finance as the managing authority, as well as cooperating with the relevant ministries and territorial authorities, delisting from the state property inventory to grant ownership to Mr. Peng Chea, the representative of Ms. Vich Hong in accordance with the procedures in force.
