Cutting 2,717.64 ha of land in O Preah village of O Kreang commune in Sambo district of Kratie province: 661.09 ha from land with confiscation Deika, and 2,056.55 ha from ELC of Great Asset Agriculture Development (Cambodia) Limited; Reclassifying 1,875.46 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 1,031 families; Reserving 842.18 ha as state public land; and Granting ownership to 1,293 private land parcels, 1 pagoda land, and 3 public land parcels.
