ຈັດພິມໂດຍ: Open Development Cambodia

The purposes of this Prakas are to focus on (1) promoting the proper land management and direction to ensure the sustainability, balance and efficiency of land development and urban planning; (2) Managing the development of land, subdividing or consolidating land parcels to plots for sale and/or for residential, manufacturing, commercial and tourist site construction; (3) promoting Green Growth development for climate change mitigation and to prevent natural disaster. The scope of the implementation is covering both individual private land and state land development in Kingdom of Cambodia, unless there are provisions set aside.
