This Law provides for complaints and settlement of complaints about administrative decisions or acts of administrative agencies or competent persons in state administrative agencies; To lodge complaints and settle complaints about disciplinary decisions of officials and public employees; receiving citizens; Manage and supervise the handling of complaints.
