This​ law​ was​ developed​ for​ the​ budget​ management​ of​ 2021​ so​ that​ the​ collection​ of​ revenue​ for​ the​ national​ budget​ is​ effective​ in​ achieving​ investment​ subsidies​ and​ the​ allocation​ of​ funds​ to​ sub-national​ administrations​ to​ fight​ against​ COVID-19.
