Instruction No. 002 of the Inter-Ministerial on the implementation of administrative services in industry and handicraft sector of Municipal/District/Khan administration

This​ instruction​ aims​ to​ strengthen​ effectiveness​ of​ the​ administrative​ management​ in​ providing​ administrative​ services​ and​ local​ development.​ In​ this​ instruction,​ the​ municipal,​ district​ and​ khan​ administrations​ have​ been​ assigned​ the​ responsibilities​ to​ provide​ administrative​ services​ in​ industry​ and​ handicraft​ sector,​ including:​ management​ and​ registration​ of​ handicrafts,​ no-risk​ type​ of​ small​ enterprises​ with​ an​ investment​ capital​ under​ 80​ million​ riels​ or​ registration​ on​ the​ issuance​ of​ operation​ licenses,​ new​ product​ addition,​ production​ expansion​ ,​ relocation​ of​ handicraft​ establishment,​ change​ of​ ownership​ of​ handicraft​ (rights​ transfer),​ renaming​ of​ handicrafts​ and​ requesting​ application​ for​ duplicate​ documents,​ as​ well​ as​ the​ opening​ of​ electronics​ repairing​ services,​ car​ and​ motorcycle​ wash​ garage.
