ຈັດພິມໂດຍ: Open Development Cambodia

This law aims to provide for the rights of workers and employers to establish and join respective professional organizations as the basis of harmonious industrial relations.

This law has the following purposes: - Defending the rights and interests of workers and employers; - Guaranteeing the right to [collective] bargaining between workers and employers; - enhance industrial relations; - ensuring employment and national development.
