The attribute table is extracted from the ISAF M&E database: http://mis.ncdd.gov.kh/isaf/en in CSV format and linked to the 2014 Commune Map to representing the budget information for the Implementation of Social Accountability Framework (ISAF) in the target area of implementation of the Innovation for Social Accountability in Cambodia (ISAC) 2020. Then upload the data in SQLITE format to the Open Development Cambodia (ODC) website.
