This strategic plan is designed to serve as a roadmap for developing skills and human capital in the tourism sector by setting a clear vision as well as setting out strategic directions and activities aimed at creating long-term jobs for young graduates, providing additional skills development for those currently employed, and increasing job opportunities inside and outside the country by focusing on education, training, knowledge, skills, and character.
