Letter No. 5420 on the increase of the retirement age of all civil servants to 60 years complies with Article No. 26, stating that the social security system of civil servants under the provisions of the law on the statute of civil servants in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The civil servants shall mandate to serve in ministries, national and sub-national until 60 years old to have entitlement according to the retirement procedure.
