This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between S E P I A (Cambodia) Garment Co.,Ltd (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of S E P I A (Cambodia) Garment Co.,Ltd (employee). According to the award, 6 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the company pays workers for unused annual leave; 2) the company provides medical equipment and a standby doctor during work; 3) the company provides indemnity pay for terminating contracts; 4) the company pays 50% of wages for workers on maternity leave; 5) the company regularly pays NSSF; and 6) the company regularly pays food allowances. The outcome of the arbitral award was that both parties agreed to withdraw issues two, four, and six. Issues one and three were rejected, while the Council declined to consider issue five. This was a non-binding award.
