This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Quality Textiles Co., Ltd. (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Quality Textiles Co., Ltd.(employee). According to the award, 3 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer pay wages twice per month, by 3:30pm each time; 2) the employer pays for baby milk regularly; and 3) the employer pays food expenses every 10 days as per the factory’s previous practice. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the employer was ordered to comply with all three issues. This was a non-binding award.
