Mineral Exploration Contract Models

There are two contracts as part of this dataset. The first is a contract that would be signed between the Department of Mines under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, and the Contractor, to permit the Contractor for mineral exploration in a specific area within a licensed period, according to the standards of mining industry, terms and condition in the contract and license. The second is a contract that would be signed between the Department of Geological Survey and Exploration under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation and the Company, to permit the Company to conduct prospecting, exploration, and feasibility study activities in a specific location under the terms and conditions of the contract.
