In this project, the company needs about 100 local workers and about 300 foreign workers.

The company has educational programs for its employees and workers to understand environmental pollution and environmental beauty, such as: - Education on solid and liquid waste management: be careful when spilling or storing oil and pour waste only in designated containers. - Water pollution education: how to use machinery and equipment in a technical manner according to the location and time.

The general process of environmental management planning in the project area includes: - Data collection and analysis by the project owner or project consultant - Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports made by the project owner or project consultant - Receipt of reports and implementation of inspections and suggestions for reports by the Ministry or Department of Environment and relevant institutions.

The company plans to contribute to environmental resource restoration activities such as replanting mangrove trees in suitable locations, improving the quality of natural seagrass and natural grass planting, restoring coral planting systems in suitable locations, and conserving spawning grounds.
