The company needs to ensure the protection and quality and sustainability of natural environment in Oral wildlife sanctuary.

The company must employ local labor living around the investment area. It case the labor is not enough, the company could hire labor from other areas.

Prevent soil erosion; Conduct the Environmental Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) accordance with the regulations of the law; Prevent forest fire; Prevent activity which harms to the fragile ecology area which determined by the ministry; Protected the forest according to biodiversity protection techniques; Do not hunting or poisoning wild animals; And other harmful activities.

The company must have a budget planning to contribute to the local for development; The company should consult careful with supports from indigenous people in surrounding area; The company must promote traditional protection of community in the area; The company should ensure that they will not violates the local land rice, farm, other legal land ownership as well as the communal land of indigenous people such as land of guardian and burial land.

The company agrees to pay for tax, patent and land lease according to law.

The company has to contribute to natural protected area foundation according to article 33 of Law on Natural Protected Area and Management for 1 USD per hectare per year from 2014.

After one year of the official grant if the company does not start activity followed the development plan, the company will return back the land without making any condition.
