1- Financial obligation: - payment for land concession fees - payment for registration, license extension, right transferring, forest lost and other services. 2- Obligation for providing jobs and training to the Cambodian people 3- Obligation for protecting the environment.

The contractor shall provide jobs as much as possible to the Cambodian people.

The contractor shall provide training courses on mining operations to its Cambodian inexperience employees on the mining sector to guarantee the maximum rate of their participation. Furthermore, for each year of its mining exploration operations, the contractor shall spend at least 5,000 US dollars for training courses on the mining resource development sector to the ministry's staff.

After its mining exploration operation completely finished, the contractor shall be responsible for restoring the environment, including soil erosion protection, in its licensed operation areas.

The contractor and its employees shall respect traditions of local residents who live in its licensed areas and shall not interfere in their daily lives.
