Law on Medicines and Medical Products, 2011 [Lao PDR]

This Law determines the principles, rules and measures relating to the use, management, monitor and inspection of medicines and medical products with the aims to ensure the supply of medicines and medical products of good quality, efficacy, safety with appropriate prices in order to prevent diseases and to provide treatment to all people for their good health, contributing to the national protection and development.
