On stony ground: A look into social land concessions [English]
LICADHO looks into "Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development (LASED)", a $13 million project which is supported by the World Bank and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, to assess whether the rural poor in Cambodia really receive benefit from this project, as stated in the report of both agencies.
