Government agencies and artificial intelligence regulators at the national and organizational levels can use this document as a guideline for promoting, supporting, and regulating artificial intelligence technology. This is to make artificial intelligence reliable, safe, and secure to bring benefits to human beings, society, and environment with transparency, comprehensive and fair compliance with the law of Ethics and Human Rights.
