The reason for promulgating this Act is that the 1992 Wildlife Conservation and Protection Act has been in force for a long time and certain provisions and various measures in the existing laws are not appropriate and do not comply with the current situation. This Act will be used as a tool to efficiently facilitate the conservation, protection, care, and restoration of wildlives and their habitats, including other natural resources.
