The Sustainable City Strategic Plan 2020-2030 for Seven Secondary Cities is developed as a policy document and supporting tool for municipal administrations for tracking any facing problems related to urbanization development and enhancing good governance, and it is a roadmap for responding to the needs of local communities in the target cities. The seven secondary cities are Bavet, Soung, Siem Reap, Kep, Kampong Cham, Battambang, and Sihanoukville.
