Sub-decree No.42 on cutting and reclassifying 4,540.26 hectares from ELC, forest concession, forest cover in Pursat province
Cutting a total land of 4,540.26 hectares in Prey Aovmal village in Sangkat Roleab of Pursat city, and Roveang village in Samroang commune of Phnom Kravine district in Pursat province: 1,709.32 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; 2,565.19 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 265.75 ha from forest concession of Yuri Sakor; and Reclassifying 2,861.67 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 1,165 families, and Reserving 1,678.59 ha as state public land.
