Cutting a total land of 3,272.57 ha in Klar Kropoeu village of Anlung Thnout commune in Kra Kor district of Pursat province: 1,012.82 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; 1,916.30 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 343.45 ha from economic land concession of Ratanak Visal; and Reclassifying 2,389.44 ha as state private land, Reserving 883.13 ha as state public land, and Granting rights to 778 families over 1,180 private land parcels, and to 18 parcels of state public land.
