Cutting land of 2,474 ha in Tang Krous Lech village of Krang Lvea commune in Samki Meanchey district of Kampong Chhnang province: 1,763 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 711 ha from Mean Kor-Hun Sen Paper Tree Nursery Station; and Reclassifying 2,395 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 749 familie, Reserving 79 ha as state public land, and Grating rights to 1,798 private land parcels, 1 pagoda land, and 2 public land parcels.
