Prakas no. 175 on mineral resources operations tax
This Prakas aims to define the rules and procedures for the management of tax collection in mining operations. This Prakas applies to taxpayers who operate mineral resources within the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as other areas where the Kingdom of Cambodia has sovereign rights.
