This Prakas is to establish the procedures for managing the certification of exclusive rights in trademark registration and the recording of the exclusive right grant instrument for trademark use in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This is done to enhance the effective implementation of intellectual property law, eliminate unfair competition, and provide protection and benefits to the right holder and the public by preventing the import and distribution of counterfeit goods and price dumping and meeting national and international standards in order to promote commerce and investment in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
