Cambodia Higher Education Vision 2030 will ensure comprehensive equity and access for students, efficient and smooth coordination and management of higher education, necessary mechanisms to support higher education system, and development of human resources who will contribute fully to national development. This policy document also lists down key Strategies and Action Plan for successful implementation of the Vision.
