This law aims at determining the management of weapons, explosives, and ammunition of any and all types in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This law also governs the equipping, possession, carrying, utilization, purchase, sale, trading, loan, transfer, hiring, production, fabrication, repair, transportation, transit, importation, exportation, and stockpiling of weapons, explosives and ammunition of any and all types.
