This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Horizon Outdoor (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.(employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Horizon Outdoor (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (employee). According to the award, 6 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the company help deduct union dues from workers who joined the Youth Power Trade Union; 2) the company resolve disputes without union discrimination when workers are represented by the Youth Power Trade Union; 3) the company allows women workers who have just returned from maternity leave to be able to submit resignation letters immediately; 4) the company reduces penalties for workers failing to scan their attendance; 5) the company makes it easier for workers to take leave; and 6) the company does not discriminate against the union regarding labor dispute resolution. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the Arbitration Council did not make any order or decision regarding demands 1 and 2 and rejected the other demands. This was a non-binding award.
