Digital transformation in textbooks supply chain in Cambodia

Cambodian primary schools often encounter challenges in sourcing textbooks. Inefficient manual processes were used before the introduction of Track and Trace (TnT) in 2022, a digital solution that aimed to streamline the textbook supply chain. This research aims to (1) explore the motivations behind the development of TnT and (2) understand the effects on the roles of users.
