This sub-decree aims to cut 02 areas of land with a total area of ​​156,299 square meters located in Sangkat Samrong, Khan Prey Pnov, Phnom Penh, which is determined by Sub-Decree No. 20 dated 03 February 2016 on the reclassification of ​​3,239.7 hectares of Boeung Ta Mok located in Phnom Penh from the state public property to the state private property.
