This sub-decree aims to cut 978 hectares and 87 acres from state land, former economic land concessions of Ouk Khun Industrial Crops Development Company and reclassify 933 hectares and 72 acres as state private land to provide to 760 families and keep 45 hectares and 15 acres as state public land as well as grant ownership rights on plots of land in Village 4, Treng Trayeung Commune, Phnom Sruoch District, Kampong Speu Province according to the coordinate system Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 and attached in the appendix map of this sub-decree.
