Sub-decree no. 489 on budget management and public accounting

This sub-decree defines the rules and procedures of national budget management, especially the implementation and control of the budget, as well as defines the general rules of public accounting to contribute to ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of public financial management.
