Sub-decree No. 317 on Cutting and Reclassifying 564.74 hectares of Forest Cover and ELC in Kampong Speu province

Cutting a total land of 564.74 ha in Champei village of Hungsomnom commune in Aoral district of Kampong Speu province: 417.68 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 147.06 ha from ELC of Fortuna Plantation Cambodia Limited; Reclassifying 555.27 ha as state private land for grating donation of ownership to 189 families; and Reserving 9.47 ha as state public land.
