This sub-decree shows the reclassification of state public property to state private property of land of 85.72 hectares located within the sustainable use zone of Preah Suramarit-Kosamak "Kirirom" national park located in Chambak and Traeng Trayueng commune, Phnum Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province, or a duration of 50 (fifty) years as a long-term permanent lease object for DEN-DEY ECO-TOUR CO.,LTD.'s ecotourism development investment project, as well as maps and annexes attached to this sub-decree.
