Sub-decree No. 192 on Cutting and Reclassifying 2,567 hectares of Wildlife Sanctuary, Forest Concession and ELC in Battambang province

Cutting a total land of 2,567 ha of land in Peam, Peamtar, O Ronong, O Kroch, O Treng, O Ta Teak, Ta Tauk, and Veal Rolem villages of Ta Tauk commune in Samloth district of Battambang province: 1,414.5 ha from Phnom Samkos Wildlife Sanctuary, 916 ha from Forest Concession of Yuri Sakor, 100 ha from ELC of Rath Sambath, and 136.5 ha from Bamboo Forest Concession of Pheapimex; Reclassifying 2,502.5 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 1,176 [2,975] families; and Reserving 64.5 ha as state public land (mountain).
