Sub-decree no. 105 on Boeung Ta Mok reformation (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh

Sub-decree no. 105 on the reformation of the area of Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) in Phnom Penh, decided to cut a area with a total area of 10 hectares in Sangkat Ponsang​, ​Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, which is determined by sub-decree no. 20, dated 03 February 2016, on the determination of area of Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) with an area of 3,239.7 hectares located in Phnom Penh as state public property to reclassify from state public property into state private property, and grant ownership to Royal Group company by having Neak Oknha Kith Meng as a representative, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the state.
