Political Parties Registration Law (Edition as of 30 Sep 2014)

The Political Parties Registration Law was issued originally by the State Peace and Development Council on 8 Mar 2010 (2/2010). Then Union Election Commission has amended it on 4 Nov 2011 (11/2011) and on 30 Sep 2014 (38/2014). The Law describes the establishment of political parties and the registration process.
