Decree on rearrangement, renovation and development, improvement of the operation of the agricultural and forestry companies

This Decree stipulates the reorganization, renovation of organization, management mechanism and policies for agro-forestry companies. Applicable subjects a / State-owned agricultural and forestry one-member limited liability companies holding 100% of charter capital (hereinafter referred collectively to as agricultural and forestry companies), which have been transformed under the Government's Decree No. 170/2004 / ND-CP dated September 22, 2004, on reorganization, renewal and development of state-owned farms; Decree No. 200/2004 / ND-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the arrangement, renewal and development of the State forestry farms; Decree No. 25/2010 / ND-CP dated March 19, 2010, on transformation of state companies into one-member limited liability companies and management organizations of one-member limited liability companies owned by the State. b / Organizations and individuals involved in the reorganization, renewal and development, raising the efficiency of the operation of the agricultural and forestry company.
