Publication reference This Law shall replace the 1993 Law on Land; the 1998 Law on Amendment of and Addition to a Number of Articles of the Law on Land; and the 2001 Law on Amendment of and Addition to a Number of Articles of the Law on Land. The 1994 Ordinance on Rights and Obligations of Foreign Organizations and Individuals Leasing Land in Vietnam shall be repealed.
