This Decision provides for the right to benefit and the obligations of households and individuals assigned, leased or contracted forests and forestry land by the State for protection, natural regeneration and afforestation. Encourage people to actively participate in forest protection and development; making income from forests a significant source of income, contributing to the livelihood of foresters; At the same time, clarify the responsibilities of the assigned, leased or contracted forest for the protection and development of forests.
