Livelihood factors and household strategies for an unexpected climate event in upland Northern Laos 2015

This study evaluated the livelihoods of upland people in northern Laos following an unexpected climate event—early onset of the rainy season. The study helps explain the effects of that event and indicates the relative importance of variables that are significant in supporting farmers’ capacity to respond to and cope with such events.
