This Digital Thailand - AI Ethics Guideline was created for researchers, designers, developers and artificial intelligence service providers to use it as a guideline for your own operations and make public awareness of the rights and the risks of using artificial intelligence services. Government agencies and artificial intelligence regulators at the national and organizational levels can use this document as a guideline for promoting, supporting, and regulating artificial intelligence technology. This is to make artificial intelligence reliable, safe, and secure to bring benefits to human beings, society, and environment with transparency, comprehensive and fair compliance with the law of Ethics and Human Rights.
