Cambodia’s Second National Communication under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change

This Second National Communication has been prepared to fulfill Cambodia’s commitments to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). It contains the necessary information about the country’s major sources of greenhouse gas emissions and sinks, vulnerability and adaptation options, together with the necessary mitigation measures that Cambodia has implemented, and will continue to implement, to adapt to climate change impacts and to further contribute to global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
